You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility:
• Item must be unused and in original condition  
• Packaging must be intact  
• Proof of purchase required  

Non-returnable items:
• Gift cards  
• Used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)  

Process:
To start a return, email us at support@megamodemart.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or payment provider. Then email us and we’ll assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
