30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@megamodemart.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our support team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after processing:

  • Please contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue continues, email us and we will assist you

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
